Discover our diverse portfolio of 3D components, which we have created using state-of-the-art scanning and design technology. Precision and quality are at the heart of every project.

Reference object 1: 3D scan of a new type of exoskeleton

Customer and challenge
Customer: Dresden City Council
Goal: Digitization of the historic Zwinger Palace for restoration and studies.

Procedure

Use of the latest 3D scanning technology to capture the finest details of the Baroque building.

Result
Creation of a high-precision 3D model, which is used for detailed restoration planning and as an interactive exhibition.

Reference object 1: 3D scan of an inlet hopper

Customer and challenge
Customer: Commercial
Challenge: The inlet funnel is the guide for a venetian blind. At our customer’s premises, these components, which are constantly exposed to the elements, were badly worn and warped. The customer was faced with the problem that the manufacturer of the old blinds could no longer be identified and spare parts were therefore no longer available. This initially seemed to be an unsolvable challenge. Thanks to reverse engineering, we were able to offer our customer a solution that was true to the original.

Procedure

Therefore, based on the 3D scan we created, we corrected the worn and distorted areas of the component by constructively rebuilding the missing and incorrect data in a CAD model. The result completely satisfied the customer, as the perfectly fitting replacement made the blinds fully functional again.

Result
Creation of a high-precision 3D model, which could then be produced true to the original using 3D printing technology.

Customer testimonial on the reference project:

Thanks to the precise 3D scan and the constructive post-processing, our component was perfectly reconstructed. The custom-fit replacement has made our blinds fully functional again – we are completely satisfied with the result!
